Color of the Week starts next Thursday. I have been filling my days with color. While flipping through iPhoto today I noticed that I kept stopping at black and white images.
Black and white photography was my first love.... The first art form that really captured me. I will always find some of the best inspiration within black and white photography.
I figured that before we journey on a year of color we should enjoy the beauty of the black and white photograph.
A few of my black and white images. The last couple dating back to my college days. I have books upon books of negatives as well as printed images. Now I just have thousands upon thousands upon thousands of digital images on my computer. Times have changed for me and my photography but one thing will remain the same how much I love the emotion that is evoked with a black and white photograph.
